Information you may choose to share
An enquiry may include your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, service and appointment preferences. A consultation may need your birth date, time and place, name spelling or relevant questions. Send only the details needed for your chosen service. Do not send identity-document numbers, passwords, payment PINs or unrelated sensitive documents.
Why information is used
Contact details and enquiry messages are used to respond to your request, arrange appointments and communicate about the consultation. Birth details you provide are used for the requested astrological discussion. An enquiry is not permission to publish your details, testimonial, photograph or video. Ask before sharing another person’s information.
Your choice and requests
You can enquire without sending birth details. Ask what information is needed before sharing it. You can contact the office to request access to information you provided, correction, deletion, withdrawal of permission for further use, or to raise a privacy concern. Include enough information to identify your enquiry, without sending extra private documents. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person concerned.
Retention
Customer messages and birth details are deleted on request. A fixed retention period has not yet been set. Contact the office if you want your information removed or want to know what is still held. Copies held independently by a messaging provider or by you are subject to that provider’s settings and policy.
External services
The contact page uses direct phone, WhatsApp and email links rather than a contact form. Opening these services shares information with the provider you choose. Google Maps embeds and directions, YouTube video players, and external font or icon services may receive your IP address and browser information when loaded. Website hosting may also generate access logs. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.
